Lighting - Moving Heads
Intelligent lights can be used wherever there is a need for powerful lighting which must be capable of rapid and extreme changes of mood and effects. The uses of intelligent lights are mostly found in theatres, clubs and stage shows. Here versatility of these fixtures can be utilised to its best extent. In these applications, the uses of fixtures can be linked together to make groups or as one display. Moving lights are often divided into profile and wash lights. They vary in use and functions but many companies offer profile and wash variants of the same model of light. Profile lights generally contain features like gobos and prisms, so many different effects and moods can be achieved. Whereas wash lights have simpler optics and a wider beam aperture resulting in wider beam angle, which may be altered by internal lenses or “frost effects” but are also good for setting a mood or scene.
ROBE COLORSPOT 250AT
The ColorSpot 250 AT includes a new rotating gobo wheel with 7 replaceable „SLOT&LOCK„ dichroic glass gobos + open, and a new colour wheel hosting 10 replaceable „SLOT&LOCK„ colours + open. The 3-facet rotating prism is now also replaceable. Completely new software enables very smooth rotations of gobos and prism, and 8- or 16-bit resolution for gobo indexing, prism indexing and dimmer. The improved cooling system ensures better operating conditions for lamp and reduces noise at the same time. The ColorSpot 250 AT is aimed at the TV studios, small and middle sized clubs and discotheques, and various types of installations.
ROBE COLOURWASH 250AT
A completely new optical system makes this fixture 50% brighter than its predecessor, the Wash 250 XT. New ultra smooth CMY colour mixing offers a fantastic spectrum of hues. A motorized zoom effect ranges from 8 - 32° and the extremely silent cooling system and movement make this fixture a superb choice for TV and theatre. The colour wheel offers 6 saturated colours + open, using Robe‘s renowned „SLOT&LOCK„ system. Frost filter and a beam shaper are available on the effect wheel. As with all other Robe AT moving heads, 16-bit resolution is available for movement, colour wheel positioning and dimming.

The ColorSpot 575 AT includes all the effects imaginable - two separate gobo wheels with the „SLOT&LOCK„ system, two separate colour wheels (one with the „SLOT&LOCK„ system), motorized multi-step zoom with three different apertures of 15, 18 and 22 degrees, motorized iris, prism, separate and variable frost effect, remote focus and more. A new optical system and a new dichroic glass reflector increase the light output of the Color- Spot 575 AT. Completely new software enables very smooth rotations of gobos and prism, and 8- or 16-bit resolution for gobo indexing, prism indexing and dimmer. This product is the right solution for all types of installations from big clubs, large discotheques and venues to concerts and touring applications.
Studio duo CS-2 and CS-4
The amazing studio duo CS-2 and CS-4 lighting effects are a fantastic addition to any lighting rig. The CS-2 uses two moving lanterns and the CS-4 uses four. With these units you are able to do so much more than a standard Par Can, for example bands and large TV shows use these units to send powerful beams of light across the stage and out into the audience in a large sweeping wave. Each of the lanterns use a 250w 28v lamp that are mostly used on large aircraft, these can be tilted individually via DMX, as well as the frame. With these units being able to floor mounted or flown, makes the CS-2 and CS-4 as flexible as ever, cutting installation times and space needed for transport.
