Blok Project - Coventry
ALG installations have completed another new live venue, Blok in Coventry. Blok is located in the city centre and consists of three rooms providing live entertainment and club nights including opening acts, such as, The Enemy, The Specials, The Fratellis, The Twang and Paul Gallagher. New Years Eve line up was Ocean Colour Scene and DJ sets from rock n roll legend Gary Manny "Mani" Mounfield.
ALG provided the sound , lighting and electrical contracts for the entire project using Electro Voice PA System and TX Series Stage Monitors for the main room, Allen and Heath GL3800, Pioneer, D&B, Lexicon, Electro Voice PL-Series microphones, Shure and Sennheiser.
The main lighting rig comprised of the new Elation E spot LED moving head fixture, Pixel LED Bars, LEDwashes, Strand Wallrack, Robe, trussing from litestructures and controlled with Show Magic SL512 PC lighting program.
4Lux LED products provided the colour wash for the three rooms, VIP Lounge and bar backs including the outside lighting using Collingwood down lights and 4lux LED Tape.
